By Subway:
1. Take the 1 Train: The 1 train stops at the 23rd Street Station, which is a short walk from your destination. Exit the station and walk west on 23rd Street, then turn left onto 7th Avenue and head south to 25th Street.

2. Take the F or M Train: You can take the F or M trains to the 23rd Street Station. From there, walk west along 23rd Street, turn left onto 7th Avenue, and head south to 25th Street.

3. Take the C or E Train: The C and E trains also stop at the 23rd Street Station. Walk west to 7th Avenue, then south to 25th Street to reach your destination.

By Bus:
1. M7 or M20 Bus: Both buses run along 7th Avenue. You can get off at the 25th Street stop and walk a short distance to your destination.

2. M23-SBS Bus: This bus runs along 23rd Street. Get off at the 7th Avenue stop and walk south to 25th Street.

Custom Programming

Our Physical Therapists and Fitness Coaches will devise a custom in-person and online (via our PhysioRX app) exercise program that will help you get out of pain, get stronger and healthier.
