Jamie Palmer
Jamie Palmer is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Athletic Trainer, Certified Specialist in Sports and Orthopedic Physical Therapy, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
He believes that strength training IS rehab, and that it's for everyone.
Jamie recognized early in his career that most practices are not using best available evidence and physiology to dictate treatment. This led him to seek out advanced degrees, becoming double board-certified in orthopedics and sports, in order to ensure he can provide the best possible evidence-based care.
Now, Jamie is committed to using his knowledge of research and physiology at PhysioRX in order to educate and empower clients. His goal is for his clients to have a complete recovery, and to learn the tools to manage their bodies and health long-term.
In Jamie’s personal time, he enjoys exploring the outdoors - camping, backpacking, skiing - with his fiancee and playing sand volleyball and ice hockey.
